At Kinde Homes, we believe your peace of mind should last long after move-in day. That’s why every home we build comes with a thoughtful warranty that reflects our commitment to quality, integrity, and long-term client care.

One-Year Coverage
We stand behind the craftsmanship of your home. For the first year after closing, we cover materials and workmanship based on our Performance Standards—so if something isn’t quite right, we’ll make it right. Plus, all manufacturer warranties (like appliances, windows, and roofing) are transferred directly to you.

Two-Year Coverage
Your home’s essential systems—plumbing, electrical, heating, cooling, and ventilation—are covered for two full years. If anything isn’t functioning properly, we’ll take care of it.

Three-Year Structural Coverage
We also provide coverage for key structural elements for three years after closing. This includes things like footings, beams, trusses, subfloors, and roof sheathing.
