Founder & Construction Manager
With nearly two decades of experience in residential and commercial construction, Glen Kinde brings a grounded, hands-on approach to every job site. As a Licensed Journeyman Electrician and seasoned Project Superintendent, he ensures every build is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.
A proud Idahoan for over 35 years, Glen is deeply connected to the land and lifestyle of the Pacific Northwest. He’s a father of eight, an avid outdoorsman, and someone who finds joy in fly fishing, camping, and exploring new places with his family. He also enjoys drawing, painting, and the quiet focus of the outdoors.
At Kinde Homes, Glen is more than a builder—he’s a steady leader, a skilled technician, and a trusted guide for clients building their dreams from the ground up.
Toni Kinde
Director of Operations
Toni Kinde is the heart and foundation of Kinde Homes. As Director of Operations, she leads with integrity, clarity, and a deep commitment to client care. Her leadership ensures every home reflects the company’s values of trust, excellence, and transparency.
With a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and years of hands-on experience in custom homebuilding, Toni brings a rare blend of operational precision and personal warmth to every project. She’s known for her proactive leadership, clear communication, and relentless follow-through.
Outside of work, Toni finds joy in camping and spending time with her family. Whether she’s exploring Idaho’s beautiful landscapes or gathered around a campfire, she brings the same spirit of connection and care that defines her work at Kinde Homes.
Christine Taufoou
Office Manager
As the Office Manager at Kinde Homes, Christine is the steady heartbeat behind the scenes—bringing precision, warmth, and a deep understanding of construction operations to every project. She manages day-to-day office functions, supports client communications, and ensures every document, schedule, and system runs smoothly.
Known for her calm presence and can-do attitude, Christine is the go-to resource for both clients and team members. Whether she’s organizing paperwork, juggling schedules, or answering questions with a smile, she keeps the office grounded and the team empowered.
