Meet with our team to discuss your goals, land options, timeline, and budget. We’ll also complete a client questionnaire to better understand your vision.
Land Selection & Evaluation
We’ll help you choose the perfect lot—whether it’s one of ours, one you bring to us, or one we help you find. Our team will evaluate the site to ensure it suits your desired home design, considering topography, zoning, and utility access.
Design
Whether you select one of our signature plans or design your own from scratch, we’ll tailor every detail to fit your lifestyle and surroundings. From initial sketches to full construction documents, we guide the process to ensure your home feels intentional and inspired. Once plans are finalized, our designer will lead you through the design phase—helping you select finishes, fixtures, and materials that reflect your personal style.
Budgeting & Proposal
We provide a clear, detailed estimate based on your vision, selections, and site conditions.
Contract Signing
Once everything is aligned, we finalize the agreement, collect the deposit, and prepare for permitting.
Permitting
Permit Submission & Approval
We handle all required paperwork and keep you updated on timelines and approvals throughout the permitting process.

Guided Walkthroughs & Quality Touchpoints
Framing Walkthrough
Once framing is complete, we’ll walk the home together to review mechanical systems—electrical, low voltage, plumbing, HVAC—and confirm their locations before insulation and drywall.
Carpentry Walkthrough
After the home is fully primed, we’ll review closet layouts, trim details, and interior carpentry to ensure everything aligns with your expectations.
Landscaping Walkthrough
After exterior concrete flatwork is complete (driveways, patios, walkways), we’ll discuss landscaping plans and how to best complement your home’s surroundings.
Client Check-Ins
Communication is the foundation of a great building experience. In addition to milestone walkthroughs, we offer weekly check-ins with our Customer Experience Director—keeping you informed, supported, and confident throughout your build. If additional walkthroughs are needed, we’re happy to coordinate a time that works for you and a Kinde Homes representative.
Punch List & Final Touches
We review every detail to ensure your home meets our high standards—and yours.
New Home Orientation (NHO)
When your home is complete, we’ll introduce you to every system and feature—from appliances to smart home functions. We’ll also walk through your warranty coverage and explain how support works over the first three years.
